Q: Where is Lawton Audio?

A: We are proud to be in the USA, but we happily serve customers from all over the world.


Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Through the Paypal service we accept all major credit cards, transfers from your bank account, and of course Paypal itself!  You do not need to be a Paypal member or to register with them to make 100% secure credit card payments to Lawton Audio.


Q: How do I place an order?

A: In the future we will incorporating shopping cart technology into our site, in the mean time, we ask that you please carefully read all the information, and follow the steps in our handy Headphone Configurator to help guide you in your selection process.  Make note of the products and services you are interested in, and then visit our Order Form to submit your request to Lawton Audio. We will be in touch (usually within 48hrs.) to answer your questions, finalize your order, and provide payment instructions.  You will find us very easy to work with, we will make your order experience a pleasure.


Q: Do you run special sales or have special pricing for bundles of mods?

A: It has been our policy to never do special sales or promotions. We want our pricing to be as straightforward and clear for everyone as possible. When you see a price on our site, that is the price of the product; what you see is what you get, with no surprises. Choose your products and services, add up the prices shown, and that is your total for your mod package.


Q: Do you sell the Denon stock units for my pair of Lawton Audio headphones? Why isn’t there pricing for the Denon headphones themselves on the website?

A: The market price for these units seems to shift and change with great frequency. These headphones have been a big success for Denon and occasionally the factory can get behind in meeting market demand, causing scarcity and driving up prices. We happily obtain and provide the stock units for our customers as part of our mod service when they purchase an entire headphone/mod package from us. We purchase the units on the market at the best price we can find from our reliable network of sources. The price we pay will be the price you pay for the stock unit itself; we do not make profit on the headphones themselves. We do not sell the stock units by themselves without mods as we are not a retailer for the Denon line.


Q: Do I have to purchase  the stock unit through Lawton Audio?

A: No! Feel free to use your preferred retailer to obtain the phones; you can even have them shipped directly to our RI, USA address for mods.


Q: Do you stock pre-modified units ready to ship?

A: No.  Each headphone is a specially commissioned work of art, made 100% from the ground up to the customer’s specification.


Q: What are normal lead-time for headphones and mod packages?

A: Our lead times are variable, depending on the specific services ordered by the customer. Please Contact Us for current schedule.
